By investing in accessible, high-quality, relevant learning, FA Foundation empowers young people to contribute to the continent’s prosperity. The FA Foundation aims at the personal development of individuals through literacy.

Through the AIFA Reading Society, the Foundation aims to promote a reading culture and achieve sustainable educational development across Africa. By providing tools, skills, information, and resources needed to develop a fully integrated mind, members and beneficiaries can unlock their innate potential.

Since inception in 2019, we have been able to carry out empowering initiatives across various states in Nigeria. Annually, we organize an essay competition (AIFA Reading Society Essay Competition) aimed at affording students and teachers the freedom to effectively use their writing skills in addressing significant educational concerns, thereby, fostering analytical thinking. Also, through the Calculate2Succeed project, the Foundation empowers students in government owned secondary schools with branded mathematical sets to enable them to succeed in mathematics and science subjects.

As part of our mission to address the lack of educational materials in government owned educational institutions, we engage publishing houses, corporate organisations, and individuals in quarterly book drives to collect and donate educational textbooks and other instructional materials which are donated to government schools.

With Spreading Cheers, AIFA extends its love to Orphanage Homes and Special Persons Schools by donating special educational and instructional materials to their libraries as a way of promoting an inclusive learning. We have also raised communities of 10,000 readers, both students and adults in Nigeria with the AIFA Book Club.

Through its various initiatives, AIFA Reading Society has reached over 70,000 children and adults in Nigeria and continues to increase its reach.
